Our policy

We wanted most of our servicesare included in your stay.

 

Tourist tax, wifi, household linen, towels, our bicycles and wood for our fireplaces

amenities are therefore.

 

A breakage & cleaning deposit of 75€  at your reservation.

It will be returned to you or cashed depending on the inventory at the end of your stay.

In high season (July and August) rentals are per week and take effect from Saturday 4:00 p.m. to

following Saturday 10:00 a.m.

 

Outside this period, possibility of renting for short stays. Weekend or per night with a minimum of 2 nights, in prior agreement with the owners.

Arrivals 4:00 p.m., departures 10:00 a.m.

12€/day of heating is to be expected for the period from October 15 to April 15.

The reservation is effective upon receipt of a 30% deposit.

The balance is to be paid no later than 30 days before the date of arrival.

Possibilities of payment in several instalments before your arrival.

Payment by bank transfers, Paylib & Lydia.

​​The checksare accepted only for deposits, reservations and payments within 30 days of the stay.

Theyare not accepted on site.

​

Cancellation possible up to 1 month before the day of arrival with refund of the deposit.

No cancellation possible within one month.

​

Our houses and the swimming pool are strictly non-smoking.

Our dog and cat friends are not allowed on the property.
